Tihar Experience

Tihar Experience Tihar is one of the great festival of our Nepalese society. This festival mostly falls from kartik Krishna trayodashi to kartik shukla dayotiya in total five days. These five days are kaag tihar, kukur tihar, gai tihar, goru tihar and bhai tika in addition five tihars. This festival is called yampanchak or dipawali as well. All the Hindu people around Nepal and India celebrate this festival. Not only in Nepal and India others Hindu living in other countries as well celebrate this festival. According to me the exact experience for Tihar was also grateful. As we know that Tihar is the festival of colors and lights. As usual this festival arrives at the month of November. Usually this festival is celebrated for 5 days. I personally enjoyed this festival by decorating house with flowers and lights. The day was Laxmi puja. We made rangoli in this day. We enjoyed this day by decorating house with flowers, light and with different colors. On this day only me and my friends went to play “Dausi”. We sang some Tihar songs and danced over that song and I think that moment was fab for me because after 1 years I have enjoyed a lot with them. Then the next day we went to my mother’s brother house to put tika. We played with rangoli with my dear friends and family. We really enjoyed in Tihar.

DASHAIN EXPERIENCE

Dashain Experience Dashain of this year 2075 didn't became good like last year, I wanted to experience something extraa rather than 2074. Everything what I did last year, I did same thing this year as well. I was in Birthamod ,Jhapa.As usual Dashain is celebrated for 15 days. I personally celebrated this festival by enjoying a lot with my dear ones. On the tenth day we went to our every relative’s house to get blessings from our elders. We enjoyed that day by receiving “tika” and “jamara.We went to our mama’s house to have some fun. We again started to play cards with our Friends and I lose about RS 850 but I did not mind it anything because I know that I have played with my best friends . Comments
